POSTAGE/DELIVERY TIMES
All items ship directly from Jason's studio in Melbourne, Australia unless otherwise stated on the product page. All ready to ship items are packaged and shipped within 4 working days. All handmade items are estimated to ship within 7 working days of order. This timeframe can vary depending on the amount of handmade pieces that need to be crafted. Estimated shipping times are as follows:

Domestic (AUSTRALIA)
Most instock orders will arrive within 1 week (unless stated differently on the product page). Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

International (REST OF THE WORLD)
Please allow 1-3 weeks for all instock orders to arrive (unless stated differently on the product page). Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

DUTIES AND TAXES
If there are any, the purchaser is responsible for all duties and taxes. The majority of our shipments do not incur any import fee. We have no control over import fees and taxes certain regions/territories impose on incoming packages.

EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
To preserve edition numbers and limited edition quantities, all orders are final. No returns, refunds or exchanges.

RETURN TO SENDER

If your order is returned to us as a result of failure to deliver, we will contact you to organize reshippment at your expense or a refund of your order (less shipping cost).
